From the top of the stairs and to the left there is a guest cloakroom fitted with a toilet and hand basin. Further along at the end of the corridor you arrive at the 3rd double bedroom, which is a mirror image of the ground floor master bedroom. This has an en suite bathroom fitted with a walk in shower with a half stable door, twin hand basins, toilet and vanity unit. As with all the bathrooms in the property, plumbing is in place should you wish to install a bath.
